Participation in Activities

I understand that my child will be participating in physical activities including martial arts training, self-defence exercises, games, fitness activities, BJJ-style grappling, partner drills, and other camp activities.

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe and supervised environment, I acknowledge that physical activities carry an inherent risk of injury and that accidents can occur.

Medical Information

I confirm that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, additional needs, or other information that may affect my child's participation in camp activities.

I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Kung Fu Zone of any changes to my child's medical information before the start of camp.

Emergency Treatment

In the event of an accident, injury, or medical emergency, I authorise Kung Fu Zone staff to administer basic first aid and, where necessary, seek appropriate medical treatment for my child, including contacting emergency services.

Behaviour and Conduct

I understand that children are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other participants and to follow all safety instructions.

Kung Fu Zone reserves the right to remove a child from camp activities if their behaviour places themselves or others at risk or repeatedly disrupts the safe operation of the camp.

Personal Belongings

I understand that Kung Fu Zone cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to camp.

Cancellations and Refunds

I understand that holiday camp bookings are non-refundable. Booking requests may be cancelled by contacting info@kungfuzone.co.uk; however, due to the limited number of places available, refunds cannot be issued.

Agreement

By ticking the waiver acceptance box and submitting a booking request, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Holiday Camp Waiver & Participation Agreement.
